The Heart Behind This Community

Bridging the gap between faith and mental health

For a long time, God placed this vision on my heart — to bridge the gap between faith and mental health. Mental health is so important to me that I sought to take the work out of finding help and support for women of faith who desire to feel like they matter.

Many women feel invisible and overlooked in a loud, crowded world. Have you ever felt like the kids, your husband, friends, or coworkers do not value your input? Have you ever been surrounded by a community but still felt alone?

Many of us are used to checking in on everyone else — but here, you will have someone asking “How are you?” Have you been seeking a place where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay?

The Encouragement Sisterhood is a Christ-centered community created for women who want to be seen, heard, and truly supported.

In this space, you can breathe, simply be yourself, be poured into, and feel God’s presence through community. You will be reminded that you’re never truly alone — because God is with you, and now, so is a community of sisters who care.
